Thriving City: Song (v1.2) [TorrentX]

Thriving City: Song is a city-building simulation set against the rich historical backdrop of ancient China during the Song dynasty. Players take on the role of mayor, tasked with transforming a small, struggling village into a bustling metropolis of over 2,000 citizens. The game blends detailed city management with strategic decision-making, requiring you to oversee agriculture, industry, commerce, education, and civil affairs. You must carefully plan your city’s layout, assign jobs, and build interconnected facilities to ensure steady resource production while meeting the population’s basic needs. Beyond infrastructure, the game emphasizes nurturing a vibrant community by organizing cultural events like poetry readings and music festivals, maintaining a diversified diet, and promoting education to boost happiness and reputation. In Story Mode, historical events and imperial edicts shape your challenges, as you navigate crises like invasions, factional conflicts, and natural disasters. Balancing growth with security, you’ll construct defensive structures, train militias, and enforce law and order to protect your citizens. City management extends to financial planning and policy-making, where each decision carries consequences that can either enhance development or strain public welfare. Alternatively, Adventure Mode lets you explore creative freedom in shaping your own cityscape. With its authentic Song dynasty art style and attention to historical detail—from architecture to clothing—Thriving City: Song offers an immersive experience that combines strategy, culture, and storytelling in a dynamic simulation of empire-building.
