The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince is a charming 2D puzzle-adventure game set in a beautifully illustrated, storybook-like world. Drawing inspiration from classic fairy tales, the game follows the poignant journey of a lone wolf who accidentally blinds a young prince. To protect and guide him through the dangers of the forest, the wolf magically transforms into a princess, embarking on a bittersweet voyage filled with love, loss, and mystery. Players navigate this haunting fairy tale by switching between the wolf and princess forms, each offering unique abilities essential for overcoming obstacles and solving puzzles. As the wolf, players can leap to high places, move heavy objects, and fend off threats, while the princess can squeeze through tight spaces, collaborate with the prince on intricate puzzles, and collect flowers that unlock hidden story elements. Progression in the game is gently paced, allowing players to explore the atmospheric environments and uncover the emotional narrative without frustration. For those who prefer to focus on the story, stages can be skipped entirely. Along the way, collecting petals and flowers reveals additional artwork and fragments of a witch’s tale—a mysterious figure whose dark bargains loom over the kingdom. The game’s hand-drawn backgrounds and delicate UI complement its heartfelt story about identity, sacrifice, and the bond between two unlikely companions. The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince offers a unique blend of engaging puzzles and narrative depth, appealing to players who appreciate both artistic presentation and emotional storytelling.
