9 files — 1.5 GBThe Tale of Bistun immerses players in a richly crafted world inspired by ancient Persian mythology, following the journey of an amnesiac stone-carver as he ascends the treacherous slopes of Mount Bistun. Blending historical legend with fantasy, the game draws from the 12th-century epic poem “Khosrow and Shirin,” weaving a narrative of love, loss, and courage. As the protagonist ventures through both the tangible landscapes of Mesopotamia and the enigmatic Revelations Realm—a mysterious domain of forgotten memories—players uncover secrets and confront the past, guided by a cryptic voice that narrates and motivates throughout the quest. Gameplay centers on fast-paced, tactical melee combat complemented by powerful magical abilities, challenging players to face waves of monstrous enemies in intense battles. Exploration plays a key role, with beautifully rendered environments that bring the mythic lands to life while also presenting dangers and puzzles to overcome. Progression is not only tied to combat prowess but also to creativity, as players can carve their own inscriptions, leaving personalized engravings that echo the ancient Behistun Inscription, adding a unique storytelling element to their adventure. The Tale of Bistun offers a blend of action, mythology, and artistic expression, inviting players to forge their own legend amid a world where history and magic intertwine.
