The game combines tight, responsive controls with rhythm-based elements, requiring both skill and timing to master its challenging platforming and combat mechanics. Progression in The Weird Dream centers around a flexible rune system that lets you unlock and customize abilities to suit your preferred combat style. Along the way, you’ll face more than 40 unique bosses, each demanding strategic use of your powers to break through barriers and exploit weaknesses.
