Not For Broadcast: Complete Edition, (v2024.09 & 3 DLCS) [TorrentX]

Not For Broadcast places you at the helm of a live television news broadcast in a darkly comedic near-future where your editorial choices can shape the fate of an entire nation. As the producer of the National Nightly News, you decide what footage goes on air—selecting camera shots, censoring sensitive content, and determining how stories are framed. With the country teetering on the edge of totalitarianism, your decisions influence public perception of controversial figures, political upheaval, and social unrest. The game’s narrative unfolds through a richly branching storyline where your actions ripple across multiple layers, from the national stage down to your own family’s struggles, creating a unique experience shaped by the ethical dilemmas and pressures you face. Featuring over 42 hours of full-motion video—a Guinness World Record—Not For Broadcast combines live-action performances with interactive gameplay, challenging you to balance editorial integrity, personal loyalties, and external pressures. Beyond managing the news, you also choose which advertisements to air, subtly swaying public opinion while weighing financial gains against moral consequences. With 14 distinct endings reflecting the myriad ways your broadcast and personal choices unfold, the game offers a deeply immersive exploration of media influence and societal decay. Through biting satire, moments of absurdity, and tense decision-making, Not For Broadcast invites players to navigate a chaotic world where the news must go on, no matter what.
