Gift Collector [TorrentX]

Gift Collector [ギフトコレクター] is a first-person horror walking simulator set against the eerie backdrop of a Japanese New Year’s celebration. You step into the shoes of Santa Claus, tasked with fulfilling the heartfelt wishes of children who send letters filled with hope and dreams as winter begins. These letters, whether from well-behaved kids or those who have stumbled throughout the year, all deserve to be honored on New Year’s Eve—a time when miracles are said to come true regardless of past behavior. The game’s narrative unfolds through these touching, sometimes unsettling messages, creating a unique blend of warmth and suspense. Gameplay centers on quietly collecting and delivering gifts according to each child's wish, requiring stealth and speed to avoid waking anyone during the festive night. The experience is enriched by stylized visuals that mimic the grainy effect of an old camera, paired with immersive 3D sound design that heightens the tension and atmosphere. As you navigate this hauntingly beautiful world, the game balances the gentle spirit of gift-giving with a chilling undertone, inviting players to explore a mysterious holiday tradition through atmospheric exploration and careful progression.
