Panta Rhei - Guardian of Time is an adventure rogue-lite set in a richly imagined world where time itself is both a weapon and a resource to be mastered. Players step into the role of Phi, a Guardian of Time who has spent countless ages isolated in the Garden of Past following a cataclysmic event. When a chaotic force threatens to unravel the flow of time, Phi must leave their sanctuary and journey through the mysterious Realm of Time. Along the way, they confront echoes of their past and rediscover their true purpose as a protector of temporal balance. The narrative weaves themes of time as a precious and malleable element, inviting players to reflect on its significance beyond the gameplay. Gameplay centers on Phi’s unique ability to manipulate time in multiple ways, blending exploration, puzzle-solving, and combat into a seamless experience. Players can bend time to navigate environments, solve intricate clockwork puzzles, or rewind their actions during intense melee encounters to recover from mistakes or amplify their attacks. The Realm of Time is dynamic and ever-changing, with each area revealing new challenges and secrets as players complete side quests and cleanse the world. Crafting plays a crucial role, allowing players to combine items and powers to create tailored strategies for each run. By tending to the Garden of Past, players can influence future attempts, making progression feel meaningful and rewarding.
